Return Policy

American Custom Computers will accept returns of "Standard Products" within 30 days of purchase in the event that the customer is not satisfied with the purchased equipment. "Customer Configured Systems" are not covered by any return policy. The customer is responsible for the following:

A) Shipping fees to the factory recovery center located in Lincoln, AL.
B) A 50% restocking fee.
C) Damage to the computer that is identified upon return to our recovery center in Lincoln, AL.

In the event that it is desired to return "Standard Product" purchased equipment during this 30 day period, you must contact us at 888-448-2224 (M-F) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (CST) to receive instructions.

Both the buyer and seller agree to resolve any disputes pertaining to this Return Policy utilizing the laws of the State of Alabama. Both the buyer and seller agree that any disputes will be resolved in the County of Talladega within the State of Alabama. Both the buyer and seller agree to resolve any and all disputes in binding arbitration per the jurisdiction outlined and specifically waive any right of trial. In the event that any part of this Return Policy is deemed inappropriate, illegal or unenforceable within the prescribed jurisdiction, all remaining portions of this Return Policy will remain in full effect.
